Cernach Housing Association
Cernach Housing Association
fulfils an essential role in the Drumchapel district in the west of Glasgow.
It was recently given a superb report from housing inspectors within
Communities Scotland - part of the Scottish Executive.
Our role is to issue news releases on behalf of the Association, deal with
the media on its behalf and convey to the public and the wider housing
community the success story which this housing provider represents. By
working closely with the Director, staff and management committee, Cernach

Gallowgate Families' Association
We're bringing our knowledge and help to the Gallowgate Families'
Association which assists families afflicted by drug addiction in the east
end of Glasgow.
In 2004 we provided the
Group with its first-ever professionally-produced annual report - along with
a website which was also a first. Both were provided free and are proving to
be a great asset in helping the Association get its message to a wider

Glen Oaks Housing Association
Glen Oaks Housing Association is based in south west Glasgow and provides good housing for thousands of individuals. Founded in 1991 it has grown rapidly and now operates within the areas of North Pollok, Arden, Darnley and Cartloch. Its spectacular growth is such that in late 2004 it was recognised in the prestigious "Inner City 100" listing - a keenly-observed nationwide ranking of successful United Kingdom businesses operating in inner city areas. It was the ONLY Scottish housing association - and only one of two from across Britain - to feature in the list. We are helping Glen Oaks communicate effectively with tenants while obtaining positive coverage for the Association in the local and national media. Working closely with Chief Executive Alasdair McKee, the Association now enjoys high levels of publicity in a variety of media outlets including major coverage in the Daily Record and the Daily Express.
