ULTIMO ACADEMY
IS LAUNCHED

Michelle Mone launches new drive
to create 1000 female entrepreneurs

Michelle Mone has launched the Ultimo Academy - a bold, new drive to create up to 1000 Scottish women entrepreneurs.

Her company MJM International - famed for its Ultimo bra - has formally unveiled the "Ultimo Academy" which will train, guide and assist women of all ages to start their own businesses.

The move comes exactly six years since Glasgow-based MJM International Ltd was founded. Since then its ever-popular range of Ultimo products has propelled the business to international success and made Michelle one of Britain¹s leading entrepreneurs.

Now MJM International Ltd has begun a recruitment drive to persuade women to sign up for the Ultimo Academy and take the Ultimo product range direct to customers in their homes and at work.

Using the Ultimo range they effectively become their own boss.

Michelle Mone said: "This is an important and exciting step forward for MJM International, Ultimo and for the many women we aim to recruit to the Ultimo Academy.

"It represents an important diversification for Ultimo by taking our products TO the customer.

"It also fits well with our direct selling operation Ultimodirect.com, our range of products and our High Street presence through all Debenhams stores.

"I am delighted to announce this new business opportunity which will bring a new level of service and attention to customers while launching up to 1000 new female entrepreneurs who will be known as "Advisors".

"The venture will be backed by expert and comprehensive Ultimo training and access to the full range of Ultimo lingerie, swimwear and nightwear. We are sure it will be an overwhelming success and are anticipating an excellent response from women who want to join the Ultimo team."

Once Advisors are fully trained in the Ultimo range and in bra fitting, they will earn commission allowing individuals to grow their business at a pace which suits their circumstances.

Michelle was inspired to launch the Academy based on her own success and by the thousands of letters she received from women who were calling for the Company to offer a service to customers in the privacy of their own homes.

She added: "There is a significant number of women who prefer not to be fitted for a bra in a shop so I came to the conclusion that we should go to them."

The Ultimo Academy's Advisors will receive ongoing training on how to develop the business, prepare paperwork and construct a solid, flourishing business.

Michelle said: "The Ultimo Academy will inspire many women to be their own boss. And it will ensure their working hours fit around their lives and not the other way round."

No prior experience of selling is required a desire to be successful is needed. Full details of how to join the Ultimo Academy can be found on the Ultimo website www.ultimodirect.com
